Can I get a same-day or next-day booking?

Yes — we do our best to accommodate same-day and next-day bookings wherever possible. Call us on 0210 491 135 or book online and we will confirm your inspection time promptly. We understand that property purchases often move quickly, so we prioritise fast turnaround for our clients.

How quickly will I receive my report?

Standard delivery is within 48 hours of your inspection. We work hard to turn reports around as quickly as possible, and express options are available when you need it sooner:

  • 48-hour delivery — no additional charge
  • 24-hour delivery — +$99
  • 12-hour delivery — +$199
  • 6-hour delivery — +$299
What does the inspection cover?

Our pre-purchase inspections cover all accessible areas of the property, including:

  • Roof structure and covering
  • Subfloor and foundations
  • Plumbing and drainage systems
  • Electrical systems
  • Moisture levels throughout the property
  • Structural components
  • Exterior cladding and weatherproofing
  • Windows, doors, and interior finishes
  • Garages and outbuildings
  • Site drainage and access

The report includes photos and clear descriptions of any defects or maintenance items found.

Will my bank and insurer accept the report?

Yes. All our reports conform to NZS Building Inspection Standards and are specifically designed to meet standard lender and insurer requirements. If your bank or insurer does not accept the report, we will refund your money — that is our guarantee.

What property types do you inspect?

We inspect all residential property types across Auckland and Hamilton, including:

  • Standalone homes
  • Units and semi-detached properties

  • Townhouses

Can I attend the inspection?

Yes, you are very welcome to attend. Many clients find it extremely helpful to be present so the inspector can walk them through any findings in person, explaining issues in plain language and answering your questions on the spot. We encourage attendance where possible.

How do I pay for the inspection?

Payment is made via a secure Stripe payment link, which is sent to you once the inspection is complete. Your report is released as soon as payment is received. We do not require payment upfront at the time of booking.

Do you arrange access with the real estate agent?

Yes — once you've booked and provided the agent's details, we will contact them directly to arrange access to the property. You just need to provide the agent's name and contact number at the time of booking.
